LG brings NFTs to its TVs

Korean multinational LG has decided to bring NFT collections to its TV sets. It also let it know that it will use a platform based on the Hedera network, a network supported by LG itself. The novelty lies in the fact that those who own one of its TVs with software updated to the latest version will be able to buy, sell, and view Hedera's NFTs.

All from the comfort of home and through the screen of their smart TV, which has now entered the digital world of the cryptosphere. A gateway to the world of non-fungible tokens.

LG has launched its new Art Lab platform for buying, selling and displaying NFT collections.

"It is the most widespread, sustainable, enterprise-level public book for the decentralized economy. It also makes buying and selling as easy as possible by incorporating on-screen QR codes that allow users to quickly complete transactions via Wallypto, the company's smartphone cryptocurrency wallet."

How does this new platform built into the Korean giant's TVs work? LG explained it again in its official press release made just for the debut of this new feature:

"To help users gain a deeper understanding of their favorite NFTs and the creative minds behind them, the platform also features informative descriptions of artworks and short videos that illuminate the artists' creative processes.
Users can follow and learn more about each artist in the app's profile function and will also have the opportunity to meet some of them at upcoming LG-sponsored art events."

You can purchase NFT and Fan Tokens by opening an account on BitMEX. This major exchange offers very useful features for trading. In addition, its platform ensures a user-friendly, intuitive and secure ecosystem.
