IBIS STYLES OPEN TO CREATORS CONTEST

IBIS STYLES enters the Metaverse with VIRTUAL ART GALLERY & 2022 "OPEN TO CREATORS" CONTEST featuring Digital Creators from around the world

Hotels in Bangkok and Seville display original artwork on site, while @ibisstyles followers on Instagram can win an NFT.


Ibis Styles is bringing new art pop to the metaverse with its global 2022 #OpenToCreators campaign, in partnership with world-renowned digital creators and contest ambassadors @tikkywow and @naranjalidad.


Today, NFTs from all artists associated with the ibis Styles 2022 Open to Creators campaign will be shared in a virtual ibis Styles art gallery in the metaverse, accessible through spatial.io. The virtual gallery follows recent IRL events at ibis Bangkok Silom and ibis Styles Sevilla, where original and NFT works were created. Followers of @ibisstyles on Instagram can now enter to win an NFT created by artist Naranjalidad. The winner will also receive ALL Loyalty Program gold member status.

The newly opened ibis Styles Bangkok Silom hosted an exciting IRL art experience in August, with @tikkywow creating an original artwork that is now on display along with his two commissioned works that are featured in the hotel. At the same event, an NFT of @tikkywow's work was created for ibis Styles' NFT portfolio and will appear in ibis Styles' newly launched virtual gallery in the metaverse. In addition to @tikkywow, other artists featured at the Bangkok event were @jeffaphisit & @tanstar.artist.


The ibis Styles Bangkok Silom, a trendy design hotel located on Silom road in the heart of Bangkok's central business district, was the ideal inspiration area to launch the brand's annual global campaign. Featuring bold, brightly colored and large-scale murals designed by @tikkywow.


Last September, digital creator @naranjalidad led the artistic process for the opening event of the new ibis Styles Sevilla. Working with Instagram fans at @ibisstyles, @naranjalidad created an NFT that will also appear in ibis Styles' virtual art gallery in the metaverse.
